User Agreement (Offer)

1. General Provisions

This offer agreement ("Agreement") defines the terms of use of the Football Pro mobile application owned by KuickTech Solutions LLP (BIN 240540022846, hereinafter — "Provider").

2. Subject of Agreement

The Provider grants the User access to training programs and content through the Application on the basis of one-time payment or free access to limited features.

Content is intended for personal non-commercial use only.

3. Registration and Account

The User logs in through Apple, Google or email, provides accurate data and is responsible for access to the account.

4. Payment and Purchase Terms

• Payment is made through App Store, Google Play or CloudPayments.
• Purchases in Football Pro are one-time (not a subscription), unless otherwise stated.
• Access to paid content is granted from the moment of successful payment.

5. Refunds (App Store-Compatible Clause)

• Refunds are made in accordance with the rules of the payment platform through which the purchase was made (App Store or Google Play).
• The User may send a refund request to the Application support service at footballpro@kuick.tech. If the reason is justified (e.g., technical error or inability to use content), the Provider may approve the refund manually.
• Apple and Google always have priority in considering refund requests, which complies with their Terms of Service.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. All materials provided in the Application, including text, images, videos, graphics, logos, audio and video files, are objects of intellectual property of the Provider or are used on a legal basis.

6.2. The User is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Content exclusively for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any copying, distribution or other use of materials without the written consent of the Provider is prohibited.

6.3. If you are a copyright holder and believe that any content posted in the Application violates your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please contact us at footballpro@kuick.tech. We will promptly review the appeal and, upon confirmation of the violation, immediately delete or modify the relevant material.

6.4. The Provider respects the rights of third parties and expects the same from Users. Uploading, posting or distributing content that violates the rights of third parties is strictly prohibited.

7. Liability

The Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the Application in case of third-party interference, network failures or platform updates.

8. Personal Data

Registration in the Application means consent to data processing in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

Changes are published in the Application and on the website footballpro.club. Continued use means acceptance of the new version.

10. Dispute Resolution

All disputes are resolved through negotiations, and if unsuccessful — in court at the Provider's place of registration (Republic of Kazakhstan).
