PUBLIC OFFER AGREEMENT & TERMS

This Public Offer Agreement & Terms ("Agreement") is an official offer by KUICKTECH SOLUTIONS, LLC ("Provider") to enter into a contract with the User ("User") under the terms stated below for the use of the FootballPro mobile application ("Application").
This Public Offer is a complete and final agreement between the parties and governs all relations concerning the use of the Application.

1. Definitions

• Application – FootballPro mobile application offering access to training programs
• User – An individual registered in the Application using its services
• Subscription – Paid user access to Application content for a defined period
• Content – All materials in the App, including training programs, videos, text, and graphics
• Personal Account – User’s account in the Application
• Offer – This Agreement, an official proposal by the Provider to contract with the User

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. The Provider offers the User services under this Agreement, and the User agrees to pay for and accept the services under the specified terms and prices in the App.
2.2. Access is for personal, non-commercial use only. Redistribution or commercial use is prohibited.

3. Registration and Account

3.1. To use the App, the User must register with a valid email (name and surname are optional).
3.2. Users must provide accurate data and are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials.
3.3. Users are liable for any actions taken through their account.

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1. Access to App content is granted via paid subscriptions through available payment systems.
4.2. The subscription term begins upon successful payment and continues through the paid period.
4.3. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled by the User.

5. Subscription Cancellation and Refunds

5.1. Users can disable auto-renewal in device settings. Payments for the current period are non-refundable.
5.2. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.
5.3. Refunds may be denied if the User violates this Agreement.
5.4. Users may cancel subscriptions anytime via their Personal Account in the App. Upon cancellation, access continues until the end of the paid term.

6. Consumer Rights

6.1. Users are entitled to quality services under Kazakhstan law.
6.2. In case of issues, Users may contact support.
6.3. The Provider will address complaints within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1. All materials in the App are intellectual property of the Provider and protected by Kazakh law.
7.2. Users receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use.
7.3. Reproduction, distribution, or other use without written permission is prohibited.

8. Liability

8.1. The Provider is not liable for access issues caused by technical failures, third-party services, or force majeure.
8.2. Users must not use the App for illegal purposes and must compensate for any damages resulting from violations.

9. Personal Data Processing

9.1. By registering, Users consent to personal data processing per the Privacy Policy.
9.2. The Provider will take all necessary measures to protect user data.

10. Changes to the Agreement

10.1. The Provider may change this Agreement. The new version takes effect upon publication.
10.2. Continued use of the App after changes indicates full acceptance.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1. All disputes will be resolved through negotiation.
11.2. If unresolved, disputes will be settled in court at the Provider’s registration location, under Kazakh law.
11.3. Mediation or arbitration may be used upon mutual agreement.

12. Final Provisions

12.1. This Agreement is a public document available in the App.
